In getting ready to go to Italia, I had to get pumped up by making an Aperol Spritz. What a delight! It is so easy and just delicious. Here is the recipe I use.
1.5 oz Aperol
3 oz Prosecco
3/4 oz club soda
1 orange slice for garnish
Lots of ice!
Throw it all in a glass and enjoy!
