Rice Krispie Treat Bites

These little darlings are so easy, delicious and crowd pleasing, it is INSANE! I can’t pretend that the secret ingredient was my idea, but my best friend’s who is always so so so good at making things just a little healthier but without sacrificing taste!

Cutting them up into little bites makes them easier – and dare I say, more fun – to eat. Adding some sprinkles on top also lets you add some festive details without being too cheesy 🙂

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 10-10.5 oz package of mini marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups rice krispies

Directions

  • Grease a 13″ x 9″ pan with a little bit of coconut oil. Set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, add coconut oil and marshmallows. Melt over low-medium heat. Cook until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Add in rice krispies and stir until coated.
  • Scoop coated Rice krispies into greased 13″ x 9″ pan. Press Rice krisipies into pan.
  • Cool to room temperature before cutting and serving.
