The Easiest Wedge Salad

Welp, that was quick! We are officially back from our honeymoon and I can’t say I am entirely happy about it. The thing I miss the most is the breakfast spread at our first hotel, every single morning. I mean its the most important meal of the day, right?

Back to reality!

I hosted a little post wedding celebration get together with some friends and wanted to keep it super simple so we did steakhouse night!

The star of the show was the little individual wedge salads I made that were so so so easy and so so so delicious. Crowd pleaser and just overall a delight.

Ingredients

1-2 heads iceburg lettuce quartered

Cherry tomatoes halved

1/2 red onion

1 cup of bacon

1 cup blue cheese crumbles

1 cup blue cheese dressing

I like to drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper on each wedge before I dress them so they are nice and seasoned and you don’t get those bites of lettuce with nothing on them.

That’s it folks! You can either dress and top them before the guests arrive or you can do it as a wedge salad bar if you have any picky eaters.
