Well a condo, that is! When we walked in, we knew immediately it was the one. We have been looking for almost 6 months and this one felt right. It was bigger than any others we looked at, closet space was a-ok and there was parking! In Hoboken, that is hard to come by. And the best part…it was well within our price range!
One thing tho…its a total fixer upper. But we are ready, willing and able to do just that. Our plan is to do kitchen, floors, paint, add a pocket door here and there and get rid of popcorn ceiling. Easy enough right!
