This is literally the easiest most delicious turkey day, Christmas or any holiday recipe ever. It is simple but amazing and so easy to serve – no cutting up cornbread or buttering up corn muffins. This is a one and done dish.
Ingredients
1/2 c butter
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn, drained – I use extra crispy
2 small boxes corn muffin mix
1 16 oz. container sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter in a 2 quart casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
